Your responsibilities

• Keeping personnel records

• Responsible for hiring process ( contracts, medical exams etc) and off boarding process

• Administer documentation of working time settlement

• Assist in preparation of ZUS settlement documentation.

• Assist in preparation and control of tax documentation in the field of PIT 11 and PIT 4R

• Preparation of reports to offices: GUS, PFRON, PPK

• Ongoing employee service – issuing certificates, letters. Provide support to employees in various HR – related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes – HR Manager support

• Assist in development of incentive systems for employees – HR Manager support

• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies – HR Manager support

• Service of HR systems

• Connect and support business leaders in routine HR day-by-day activities as well as Site Leader

• Support for HR Manager in maintaining the assumptions of the annual budget

• Administer compensation and benefit plans ( inc. Luxmed)

• Gather and analyze data with HR metrics for business needs

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

• Manage of exit interviews and signing any exit documents

• Support in well-being , inclusivity and diversity initiatives

• Support in manpower strategy planning

• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions

• Manage medical case review and exceptions

• Ensure all DP World HR policy and procedure compliance

• Contribute to employee engagement survey design, identify action points on engagement survey outcomes

Is authorized to:

• Explaining the conduct and procedures regarding HR

• Contacts with external institutions in the field of HR and payroll matters.

• Contacts with National Labor Inspectorate, Central Statistical Office, law firms, personnel consulting agencies

• Issuing documents required by labour law.

• Customer/Internal Audits

• Assist in transmission of salary transfers through the corporate network to the accounting department

Other:

• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Our requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field

  • Min. 2 years of experience

  • Proven success working in an HR department

  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of labour law and regulations related to employment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

 

  • Preferable English language written and oral with possible further learning
